Rentals at Ramseyer Farms:
Little Red Barn:
- Ideal for birthday parties, class reunions, corporate events, family reunions, and a variety of other group outings!
- 24 ft. by 45 ft. space
- Maximum of 80 people with tables and benches provided
- Electricity is available, but limited
- Add a campfire site rental for $35 by choosing one of the campfire rental times available
- Guests are welcome to bring decorations
- May bring food (or enjoy the food options available for purchase on our festival weekends)
- Alcohol is not permitted
- For safety reasons, open flame not permitted
Tent Rentals:
- 20 ft. x 40 ft. tent
- Tables and benches are provided. There is a maximum seating of 80 guests
- Very limited amount of electricity (one outlet)
- Add a campfire site rental for $35 by choosing one of the campfire rental times available
- Guests are welcome to bring table decorations
- May bring food (or enjoy the food options available for purchase on our festival weekends)
- Alcohol is not permitted
Campfire Sites:
- Fire wood is included, along with benches and a table
- Wooden roasting sticks are available at the Guest Check-In Booth for $3/10 sticks
- A Ramseyer Farms employee will start the campfire at the designated time
Birthday Tent: Celebrating a fall birthday? Rent tables for your party in a section of our Birthday Party Tent!
- Reserve tables in sets of 2 or 3
- Tables will be marked for your group
- The birthday person will find a small pumpkin waiting for them as a gift from all of us at Ramseyer Farms!
- Guests are welcome to bring table decorations and birthday cake
- Enjoy the tasty food options we have available on our festival weekends or feel free to bring your own
- One campfire is available for all the groups in the Birthday Party Tent to use
- Wooden roasting sticks are available at our Guest Check-In Booth for $3/10 sticks
- If you will need electricity, we recommend our other tent rentals which can accommodate a limited amount of electric use, as well as provide space for larger groups
**All rental sites: -
- Please check in at the Guest Check-In Booth
- No alcohol is permitted
- No vehicles will be permitted at rental sites, but wagons are provided on the front porch for transporting food, decorations, etc.
- If someone in your party isn't able to walk out to the rental site a Ramseyer Farms staff member can give them a ride on a golf cart
- Admission is required for everyone; children 2 and under are free
Cancellation policy: There is no fee for canceling or rescheduling events due to inclement weather. Other than inclement weather, we ask for three weeks notice of cancellation for tent/Little Red Barn rentals, one week notice of cancellation for Birthday Tent table rentals, and a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation for campfires.
